We are happy and proud to welcome the iconic American brand WILSON to The Clothette showroom.
A little history…
The Ashland Manufacturing Company was founded in Chicago, Illinois, in 1914. The company initially manufactured tennis and violin strings. It expanded its operations to include the production of tennis and baseball shoes. In 1915, Thomas E. Wilson was appointed president and renamed the company the Thomas E. Wilson Company. The company then expanded into golf, basketball, and American football.
The company changed its name one last time in 1931, becoming the Wilson Sporting Goods Company.
During World War II, the National Football League officially adopted the Wilson ball, and after the war, the company focused on tennis, with Jack Kramer developing its racket lines.
Today, the company is owned by the Finnish group Amer Sports.

Wilson's mission is to empower everyone to live like an athlete, drawing on over 110 years of expertise in the world of sports. Every seam, every fabric, every detail, and every cut is meticulously studied and designed for an athlete constantly in motion.
By sponsoring professional WTA and ATP players, strategically collaborating with digital influencers, and partnering with leading brands in sports, fashion, and lifestyle such as Kith, Off-White, and Merit Beauty, Wilson strengthens its reputation and credibility every day.

Designed for performance, the Wilson Sport Style line evokes the essence of a new kind of nostalgia. With styles, cuts, patterns, and footwear inspired by iconic eras of sport and culture and crafted with modern-day technical excellence, the collections draw on 1950s aesthetics with classic preppy silhouettes, structured cuts, and an iconic tomboy influence, all blended with inspiration from old Hollywood and the world's most prestigious tennis tournaments.

Wilson America: heritage redefined.
The Wilson Heritage collection blends timeless style with unparalleled performance. Inspired by the brand's rich history and iconic designs, each piece in this collection celebrates Wilson's legacy of craftsmanship.
