RAINS initiated, a few years ago, legal action against Inditex, the multi-billion dollar parent company of Spanish fashion retailer ZARA.

After a four-year battle, RAINS is pleased to announce that a verdict has been rendered in their favor. Inditex has been found guilty of copyright infringement on two of RAINS' signature designs, the Long Jacket and the Parka Coat.

After a long process, we can celebrate a victory on behalf of the brand, as well as a victory for the industry.
